Complete our Online Assessments

If your application is progressed to the next stage, you’ll be asked to complete a selection of online psychometric assessments to help us evaluate your potential. TJX is an inclusive organization, We always ask you if we need to make any adjustments to enable you to complete these activities.

Complete a video interview

If successful, we’ll invite you to complete an online video interview to hear more about you, and your understanding of TJX Europe.

Attend assessment centre

The final stage will be an assessment centre. This provides an opportunity for us to get to know you better and for you to establish whether TJX is the right place for you.

There are four parts to the assessment centre

Data analysis exercise and discussion

This exercise assesses your ability to draw insight from data and make commercial decisions.


This will include career motivation, business knowledge and competency based interview questions.

Group discussions

We’ll assess you at different points in the day, to see how you collaborate and lead as part of a group.

Job shadow

You’ll meet one of our current associates, giving you an insight into the role, programme and what it’s like working here.
