How to Apply
At TJX Europe, we’re used to working efficiently and quickly. Therefore, our recruitment process is straightforward (but thorough) with just three stages. You will always receive an outcome from us at every stage of the recruitment process.
Stage One – Online Application
Firstly, you will need to submit your online application via our website. This involves uploading your CV so that we can learn more about you, your studies and any work experience you have. As part of the application form, you will need to answer a few questions about yourself and your motivation for wanting to join TJX Europe. Once submitted, your application will then be screened by one of the recruiters in our Early Careers Team.
Stage Two – Online Assessments
If your application is successful at the first stage, you’ll be asked to complete a verbal, numerical and logical reasoning test that will take about 35 minutes to complete. This is followed by an online one-way video interview, which you can do at any time of day, and is designed so that we get to feel a bit more like we’ve ‘met’ you.
Stage Three – Assessment Centre
If that goes well, you will be invited to an Assessment Centre in our offices. This is a two-way process, giving you the opportunity to see if this is the right environment and job role for you, as well as us getting to know you a little better.
Each Assessment Centre is tailored to the programme you have applied for, and the exercises are designed to give you a feel for the business area. All of our Assessment Centres have a job shadow element that is not assessed. This is with one of our Analysts who is currently on the programme, and is a chance for you to ask questions, learn more about the role, the programme etc. You can even ask what it’s like to live in the local area.
