With the experience around you, questions rarely go unanswered, which means that you build a solid knowledge of the business, allowing you to take ownership.

What is a typical working day like?

By the time Friday afternoon comes around, you can look back on the week and be astonished by how many different situations you have been in, or by how much exposure you have had to so many parts of the business. This might be taking part in important business meetings, going on a visit to a vendor with a member of your Buying team, visiting a TK Maxx or Homesense store in the UK or abroad to evaluate the product mix, or being out on the high street to understand the opportunities for our business. Through everything there is diversity and enjoyment!
