Our Finance Apprenticeship might just offer you more than you expect. For a start, you’ll get lots of training and experience in the core operational areas that are responsible for running the financial aspects of our business. Then there’s the fact that you’ll have the chance to gain further qualifications, build a career and earn while you learn. All while being an integral member of a fast-moving, global company, with a unique culture.
As the foundation to your apprenticeship, you’ll study for the AAT Level 4 – Association of Accounting Technicians. This will usually take 18-24 months to complete. Along the way you’ll pick up accounting technical knowledge (which will help you understand basic accounts and financial statements), plus knowledge of our business, ethical standards, rules and regulations and our systems and processes.
You’ll also meet people from other functions, build your appreciation for how business operates and see how a career in finance will let you add value at every opportunity.
To be considered for the apprenticeship, you’ll need a minimum of one B grade and two C grades at ‘A’ Level. You’ll also need five GCSEs at grade C or above. We’re looking for people with curiosity, energy, a good head for numbers, commercial thinking and great people skills. And obviously you’ll need a genuine interest in a career in finance.
