Graduate & Placement Programme FAQs
Do I need to have a degree to be considered for the Graduate Programmes?
Yes, you’ll need to have already graduated with a degree or equivalent, or due to graduate.
What degrees do you accept?
We accept and encourage applications from all degree disciplines. The most important thing is to show interest and passion for the business area you are applying for and the retail sector in general.
Applicants for Apprenticeships should not hold a degree in the programme that they are applying to.
We do not have minimum academic requirements, please refer back to programme adverts for specific requirements.
Am I eligible for the Placement Programmes?
To apply for our Placement Programmes, you must currently be working towards a sandwich degree course, in which students need to undertake a 12-month industrial placement as part of their studies.
I am not a recent Graduate, can I still apply?
Yes, you are still eligible to apply for our European Graduate Programme.
If I am working towards a qualification whilst on a programme, will I be expected to study outside working hours?
Unless you are doing an apprenticeship through TJX Europe you will be required to do some elements of study outside of working hours, however the majority of study happens during working hours, either via online training or classroom sessions.
